Otherness is part of the daily life of transnational projects. It induces inter-cultural relations and a cross-cultural experience in certain specific work contexts. In order to avoid the potential dysfunctions induced by these contexts, we offer induction tools to build the foundations of comprehensive, open and respectful relationships, for a healthy and effective work climate.
We develop audiovisual aids and learning devices thanks to different skills and expertise that we mobilise within our teams: specialists in media, cultures in contact, specialists in organisations and cross-cultural management…
We design these tools so that they convey benchmarks and popularisation of intelligent knowledge. In addition to rules of behaviour, they allow us to arouse curiosity, to mobilise the stakeholders and to establish a dialogue in different contexts, social relations and types of inter-cultural situations, in the living environment as well as within the institution or company. This product goes beyond the understanding between employees of the same organisation: it allows an understanding of the social environment of the project in the broad sense.
