We offer tailor-made training for our clients, both for their management teams and their technical teams.
We address the processes associated with social management issues (roles and organisation of a community department, Corporate Social Responsibility, identification and management of social risks, management of population movements…), topics associated with the understanding of the territory and communities (land, community strategies, territorial governance…), as well as international standards and their operational ability in given contexts.
We rely on our expertise and our knowledge of the field to formulate modules to quickly put into practice what is taught and disseminating methods and operational approaches. Our goal is to support our clients for a rapid autonomy by contextualising our training to the sector concerned, but also to the problems encountered in practice, notably through case studies and the integration of applicable legislation.
This approach allows us to immerse learners in the issues they may be confronted with on a daily basis, in order to encourage the appropriation of processes and to provide appropriate responses for the short, medium and long term.
